sans savoir-vivre
"Eclectic" would be one way to describe me, but I prefer the term "cultured." I am young, but I'm blessed to make a living doing things I love.
One Last Postcard
The Meier’s will be moving to Ohio in June for a year of home assignment. Needless to say, Cleveland is no Paris.

Ugly? Yes.
I thought about doing a numbers series…we’ll see how committed I can actually be. At least I unintentionally figured out how to make something look like Legos…
After being away without a computer for a week it’s hard to get back into the creative groove. But it’s super nice to be off my iPhone and back to a keyboard with quick commands.

There are a lot of factors when it comes to figuring out love. If you ever come across a helpful diagram, let me know.
4” x 6” Card
So thankful I will be spending time with this lady three more times before she moves far, far away in 12 days.
Benjamin
This kid (okay, he’s older than me) has been on my heart this week.
What I wish I could tell him: You’re never too far gone.
Gangsters, Pimps, Artists, and Yours Truly
Pigalle will forever be my second home.
P.S. What the junk is wrong with me? I used two hearts in one night - no, no bueno. It’s a good thing I love you, Pigalle.
No idea.
Perhaps I’ve been listening to “Heart Attack” by The Asteroids Galaxy Tour too much… I hate hearts. This was a good exercise for the brain though - figuring out how to make something 3D go through a hole.
Breaking the Strings
“The Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe. Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed.” Galatians 3:22-23
My Closest Friends
Go ahead and play a little matching game:
Pen sketches in Illustrator.
Whew. They say it’s easy, but they don’t tell you that it will take forever. It’s definitely not perfect, but it’s a start. And my first time doing something like this (portrait). The armpits are a bit wonky, but I don’t know what to do about them…maybe inspiration will come tomorrow.
Jewelry Tree
The twigs that covered the ground after the apple tree was pruned were just begging to be used. This is one of three projects I’ve been slowly completing.
Materials: scrap wood, drill, sandpaper, remnant wood stain, lacquer and oxy bond
